Archers compete in Thimphu, the capital of the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan, on 26 October 2008. Archery is the national sport of Bhutan and taken very seriously in both traditional and modern compound bows divisions, shooting at targets up to 150 meters away.  The predominantly Bhuddist Bhutanese people call their country Druk Yul meaning Land of the Thunder Dragon. Bhutan shares borders only with India and China.
