April 25, 2010: New York Mets starting pitcher #34 Mike Pelfrey licks his hand, a habit for which he has become notorious, during a rain-filled Major League Baseball game vs. visiting Atlanta Braves at Citi Field in Flushing, NY.  He allowed no runs while scattering 5 hits and 5 walks over 5 innings.  He got the win to improve his season record to 4-0 in the Mets 1-0 victory in a game that was called one strike into the top 6th inning on account of rain.
